Preparation: Preheat the oven at 170°C (convection oven 150°C). Ingredients need to be at room temperature. For 20-24 cupcakes: mix 500 g mix, 200 g butter and 250 g eggs (5 pcs). Mix for 3 minutes into a smooth batter. Line a muffin pan with paper baking cups, use an icecream scoop to half fill the cups with batter. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
