Mix for delicious cookies you can decorate. Also suitable to bake apple pie.
Preparation: Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix, 150 g (cream) butter and 1 egg (50 g) to a firm dough. Let it stiffen in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 160°C). Roll out the dough on a floured flat surface (3 mm thickness), cut out the cookies and bake them in the middle of the oven for approx. 12 minutes until golden. Let the cookies cool down and decorate as desired. Suitable for approx. 25 cookies of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
Tip: Craving apple pie? Line base and sides of a spring form cake pan with cookie dough and fill with pieces of apple sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 170°C for approx. 50-60 minutes (convection oven 150°C).
