The FunCakes mix for Crème Patisserie is a delicious confectioners’ quality custard. Great for fillings and bake stable. The mix is easy to prepare, you only have to add water.
Preparations: add 500 ml of water per 200 grams of mixture and beat for approximately 5 minutes to a smooth mass. Let the cream set for a while before using. Can be used as a filling for tarts, cream puffs and doughnuts. Can also be baked in or on a product such as a cake.
